Recipe Of Marmalade Cup Cakes:


Preparation time 40-45 minutes
Serves 4-5 people




Unsalted butter 5 oz
Caster sugar 3 oz
Orange marmalade 3 oz
Eggs 2
Flour 6 oz
Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Orange peel to decorate


Instruction For Making:


1. Beat butter and sugar, add eggs, marmalade, flour and baking powder, vanilla essence, mix well and put in a paper case lined cupcake tin.


2. Put thin strips of orange peel on each cupcake.


3. Bake at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes or until risen and firm to touch. Cool on a wire rack and serve.
