Mawa Kulfi is a best way to treat your guests, family and friends to eat this delicious kulfi which is very easy to made with very few ingredients and everyone like to eat again and again after eating once. So make it in double quantity as per the number of people.

Mawa Kulfi Made With:

Mawa Kulfi can be made with khoya, mawa or powdered milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, fresh cream, rose water, bread slices, crushed pistachios and pistachios for garnishing.

Recipe Of Mawa Kulfi:

Preparation time 45-50 minutes
Serves 5-6 people


Khoya, mawa or milk powder 1 /2 cup
Condensed milk 1 can 400 gm
Evaporated milk 1 can (16 oz)
Cream 1-½ cups
Kewra (rose water) 1 tsp
Bread slices 2
Crushed pistachios 2 tbsp
Pistachios to garnish

Instruction For Cooking:

1. Blend all the ingredients well and pour in kulfi moulds and freeze till set.

2. Before serving take out from moulds and sprinkle more pistachios and serve.

Variation In Mawa Kulfi:

Mawa Kulfi can be make more variable by adding almonds or cashew nuts or walnuts crushed along with the pistachios or instead of pistachios, add that nut which you like to eat in your kulfi to make your kulfi according to your choice.
