Samosa Chaat can be made with samosas, yogurt, sweet tamarind chutni, green chutni, cumin powder roasted, red chilli powder, poris crushed and fresh coriander leaves finely chopped.

Recipe Of Samosa Chaat:

Preparation Time 15-20 minutes
Serves 4-5 people


Samosas 4 large
Yogurt, Whisked and chilled 1 cup
Sweet tamarind chutney ½ cup
Green chutney ½ cup
Cumin powder, roasted 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Poris, crushed 8
Coriander leaves, chopped 2 tbsp

Instruction For Making:

1. Place samosas in individual plates.

2. Pour the chilled yogurt over the samosas and top with the sweet tamarind chutney, green chutney, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, crushed puris and coriander leaves.

3. Serve immediately.

Samosa Chaat Variation:

Samosa Chaat can be make more variable by adding fresh coriander finely chopped leaves, onion finely and thin sliced also you can add sev (crunchy noodles) to this chaat to make it more crunchy and delicious.
