Tomato Gosht Made With:
Tomato Gosht can be made with mutton/beef, oil, tomatoes, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, slat, red chili powder, turmeric powder, white cumin whole, coriander leaves fresh and all spices powder.
Ingredients
- Mutton - 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes - 1/2 kg
- Oil - 1/2 cup
- Green Chili - 3-4
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 1.1/2 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- white cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
- all spices - 1/2 tsp
Instructions
Instruction For Cooking:
1. Heat oil add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and mutton.
2. Fry well add salt, chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder and tomatoes.
3. Fry well add 1 cup water, cover and cook till mutton tender and oil comes on top.
4.Lastly add coriander leaves, green chilies and allspice.
