Recipe Of Aaloo Ki Qatli:

Preparation time 20-25 minutes
Serve 3-4 people.


Potatoes 1/2 kg sliced in to rounds
Garlic 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 bunch
Green chillies chopped 6
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup

Instruction For Cooking:

1. Heat oil, add potatoes sliced and fry for 5 minutes.

2. Add in garlic, turmeric and salt and again fry for 5 minutes.

3. Now add 1 cup water, cover and cook till potatoes nearly done.

4. Open up add coriander leaves, green chillies, cover and cook till potatoes tender and oil comes on top.
Serve hot.

Variation In Aaloo Ki Qatli:

Aaloo Ki Qatli have some little variations by add some other ingredients of your own choice to make it more tasty in taste.  You can add cumin or black pepper and mint leaves as well.
