Akhrot Ki Mithai can be made with semolina (sooji), condensed milk, walnuts, khoya, gram flour, cardamom powder, brown sugar, silver paper leaves and butter.

Recipe Of Akhrot Ki Mithai:

Preparation time 35-50 minutes
Serves 5-6 people

Ingredients:

Semolina 100 gms
Condensed Milk 1 tin
Walnuts 250 gms
Khoya 250 gms
Gram Flour 1 cup
Cardamom Powder ¼ tsp
Brown Sugar 1 cup
Silver Leaves 2
Butter 250 gms

Instruction For Making:

1. Heat butter add semolina, gram flour and fry.

2. Now add condensed milk, khoya, cardamom powder and brown sugar.

3. When mix all ingredients add walnuts and turn off the heat.

4. In a tray spread this mixture and cool it.

5. In the end spread silver leaves on mithai and cut into cubes shape.

Akhrot Ki Mithai Variation:

Akhrot Ki Mithai can be make more variable by adding few more ingredients according to your taste buds and your choice. You can also add some other nuts and you can also use pure ghee (clarified butter) instead of butter to make your Akhrot Ki Mithai more delicious and healthy.
