Recipe Of Banana Chaat:

Preparation time 15-20 minutes
Serves 3-4 peoples


Bananas 4
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Chaat Masala 1/4 tsp
Sugar 4 tsp
Lemon juice 4 tsp
Salt as required

Instruction For Making:

1. Dry roast the cumin seeds on a hot pan till dark brown. Crush little with using pestle, mortar or rolling pin.

2. Take a bowl, peel and cut the bananas into slices. Add roasted cumin seeds, chaat masala, sugar, red chilli powder, lemon juice and salt and mix well.

3. Serve chilled.
